The Board sets the risk appetite, the business owns its risks within it, and data-driven analysis sits at the centre of how we price, acquire, and manage every portfolio — so risk is understood from the first valuation onward.

Independent second-line oversight monitors our principal exposures — credit, operational, market, and liquidity risk — and reports to the Board, drawing on specialist expertise to stay ahead of new requirements while the business moves at speed.
