Regulatory Status
Arktika Capital AB is a Swedish credit-market company authorised and supervised by Finansinspektionen, the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. The company is authorised to conduct financing business and to accept deposits and other repayable funds.

Specialised Debt Restructurer
Arktika Capital intends to meet the requirements for classification as a Specialised Debt Restructurer (SDR) no later than early 2027.
SDR is a regulatory classification for credit institutions specialising in the acquisition and management of non-performing exposures. For Arktika, it supports a long-term funding model in which stable deposit funding can form an important part of the funding base.
Deposit guarantee
Eligible deposits with Arktika Capital are covered by the Swedish deposit guarantee administered by the Swedish National Debt Office, Riksgälden.
