In this role, you will combine hands on customer support with active involvement in creating our AI-driven solutions. You’ll be the bridge between our users and our product, helping customers while also shaping how our AI tool evolves based on real needs and insights.

Key responsibilities
- Contributing to the development of our AI agents
- Provide high-quality customer support via various channels
- Identify customer needs, challenges, and recurring issues
- Work closely with the product and tech teams to improve the AI tool
- Contribute ideas and feedback to enhance AI-driven customer solutions
- Test new features and ensure they meet customer expectations
- Help train and refine AI responses based on real interactions
- Conduct AML (Anti-Money Laundering) screening and support compliance-related processes
About you
- Experience in customer service or customer support
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Interest in AI and digital tools (technical background is a plus, but not required)
- Curious, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable working in a collaborative environment
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
